Super yummy shrimp recipe for Asian food lovers

Easy stir fried shrimps

Take 500g of shrimp and clean it well. Then put it into a bowl and remove the moisture using a paper towel. Add 1 table spoon of corn flour, salt and pepper to taste and mix them well for seasoning. Take a nonstick pan and put some cooking oil into it. When it heated up add some garlic ginger paste to it and take the seasoned shrimp and stir fry it until it becomes golden brown color. You can feel a nice aroma around the kitchen and add 1 -2 table spoons of oyster sauce and 1 cup of spring onion to there and stir fry it. Finally add Chinese cooking oil to the pan and fry it well. Wow, what an aroma. It smells like amazing.

Sweet and sour prawn

Take 500g of prawns and removing the shell, clean it well. Remove the moisture by using a paper towel. Add 3 table spoons of corn flour into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix it well.

Then put cleaned prawns to the mixture and battered it using corn flour to make it crispier. Now it is ready to stir fry it. Take a nonstick pan and add 1 cup of onion, 1 cup of bell pepper in two colors. Fry it well until it becomes golden brown color. Make sure to cook all vegies and prawns are cooked well.

For the sauce, add 2 table spoons of tomato sauce, t table spoons of sugar, salt to taste and 2 table spoons of garlic ginger paste. Put 1 table spoons of vinegar and 3 table spoons of corn starch to the pan and mix them all well. Let it reduce its volume and the sauce is ready to serve now.

Garnish the plate with chopped green onions, and cucumber and serve this yummy dish to the special ones.

Steamed Garlic Prawns

Clean 500g of prawns without removing the shell. Then make a cut using a sharp knife on inner side of the prawns. Do this for all the prawns that you cleaned well and keep it aside in a plate.

Take a nonstick pan and add some cooking oil into it. Put 2 table spoons of garlic ginger paste, 2 table spoons of oyster sauce, a table spoon of sugar, a table spoon of Chinese cooking wine to the pan.

Take Chinese noodles and put it into a pan and boil it well. Make sure not to overcook it. Take a steam pan and spread the cooked noodles as a thick layer. Then nicely place prawns as a single layer. Then for the opened cut, fill it with the garlic sauce and steam them all for about 15 minutes. After steaming, it is now ready to serve prawns and noodles which is crunchy and full of flavors.

Stir fried prawns in soy sauce

Take a nonstick pan and add some cooking oil into it. Place 500g of large and cleaned prawns to it without removing the shell since it provides more crunchy texture and flavor to the dish.

Add 2 table spoons of sesame oil, 2 table spoons of oyster sauce and a table spoon of sugar to the mixture. Put some water and cook it well until the volume is reducing.

Add 3 table spoons of garlic ginger paste, spring onion and stir fry them all. Add 3 table spoons of Chinese wine to the pan and 2 table spoons of soy sauce, then fry it well. Now the dish is ready to serve.
