Favorite classic Easter Roasted lamb leg with juicy inside and crispy crust

First, make the lamp come to the room temperature from the refrigerator. It will take at least one hour. Put some slight cuts on the lamb leg. Wrap some cooking oil over it. Then As the normal practice it is better to drizzle salt on the lamb after removing the extra moisture in it and let it season for about one hour. This will enable the meet to make soft and tender. Take some butter, garlic powder and Rosemary into small container and mix it well until it becomes smooth. Then add it as a thick layer all over the leg part.

Now it’s time to cook the lamb leg in an oven. Bake it under medium heat for about 1 hour. Check the temperature of the lamb and if it is between 50 to 55 Celsius degrees, it is time to take it out. After cooking it rest the meat for a 20 minutes.

Take some mint leaves, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and let it for little seasoning. When it became smooth white into a ball mix it with some salt.
