Take a nonstick pan and add some olive oil into it. Put 1 cup of bacon pieces into the pan and pan fry it well. Keep it aside and put 1 cup of beef pieces, which is in same size to the bacon. Pan Fry beef slices and keep it aside. Put some olive oil into the pan again, add some sliced onion, carrot and garlic paste, and cook well.
After cooking it, add pan-fried bacon pieces and beef pieces to the pan and add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, salt and pepper to the taste. Add 1 cup of pearl onion and a cup of red wine into the pan. Fry this well for few minutes. Add 2 cups of beef stocks into this pan and cook well. While cooking, add two tablespoons of tomato paste and stir it well. Add 2 tablespoons of beef bouillon into this, add chopped parsley, thyme and bay leaves, and cook well for about 10 minutes.
Take another pan, add few butter sticks with button mushrooms and pan-fry it well. Keep it aside. Drain out 10 minutes cooked mixture and cook it again until it reduces its volume and becomes thicker.
Mix them all well and cook it well for about 5 minutes. Prepare some rice and now you can serve this delicious meal for your next special event.
