Potted crabs with tarrogen leaves for lunch

Take some large size cleaned crabs and put it into a pan. Add 2 cups of water and boil the pan for 10 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste when you boil it. Take another pan and add 2 cups of sweet corn into it and boil for 5 minutes. Don’t forget to add some salt to taste. Keep this aside after boiling.

Take a bowl and add some sliced onion, finely chopped tarrogen leaves, 1 tablespoon of chili, 1 tablespoon of pepper and salt to taste. After cooking the crabs, take it out and place it in a pan. Remove the shells and take the flesh part onto it. Shred it further and make it as a creamy crab paste mixture. Then add beautiful crab mixture to the pan. Add half a cup of melted butter and half a cup of creamy cheese into the pan. Add cooked corn to the bowl and mix it well. Now it is ready to fill the cocktail on top of the pan and add some butter, pinch of salt and pepper. Add some finely chopped tarrogan leaves and garnish it nicely.

Let it in a refrigerator for about an hour until the butter is set. you can serve this with a toast or grilled bread slices.
