Homemade grilled steak with parsley and parmesan salad within hour

For this menu, you want to have 1.5 pound of steak, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to the taste, 2 cups of parsley leaves, parmesan, and lemon juice as ingredients.

First take the steak piece and add some olive oil to wrap all the parts with that. Use salt and ground black pepper to the taste, mix them well and rub all the meat parts with this mixture. Let the steak to marinate for about 30 minutes under the room temperature.

Now we are going to grill steak and to that prepare the grill for medium heat. It will take 10 to 15 minutes grill both sides. And let the stick tourist for about 5 minutes under room temperature. That will serve the juiciness and the flavor of the steak without losing the flavors when cutting.
