Festive special: Roasted mutton in melted butter

First take 1kg of cleaned mutton pieces. Then season it with 2 table spoons of pepper and salt to taste. Add 3 table spoon of lime juice to the mixture and apply it to the mutton pieces. Let it marinate for 1 hour and take a nonstick pan for pan frying. Put some melted butter to the pan and put mutton pieces to the pan. Fry it until it becomes golden brown color. Keep it aside for resting.

For the preparation of spicy sauce, take a nonstick pan and put some melted butter to it. 1 cup of onion, 3 table spoons of ginger garlic paste, grinded coconut paste to it. Further add 3 table spoons of chili flakes, 2 table spoons of black pepper, a table spoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix them all well and keep it aside for becoming a fine and firm color.

Fried mutton pieces will be added to the sauce and cook it again for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add half a cup of water and cook it again for reducing volume. Make it thicker and it will be like a nice gravy.

Place this fried mutton with sauce and gravy with rice or bread.  You can garnish this with fresh parsley leaves and have a healthy meal.
