Delish Beef and broccoli for easy dinner

In this menu you need to prepare some soy sauce, chicken stock, honey, vinegar, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, hot chili sauce, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, olive oil, flank steak and broccoli. Prepare these ingredients in advance and let’s prepare our special dish.

Take a medium size bowl and add some soy sauce, chicken stock, honey, vinegar and brown sugar into it. Mix it well and add garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, hot chili sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes into it. Stir it well and add a quarter cup of water into the mixture. Mix them all well and keep this mixture aside.

Take a nonstick pan and add some olive oil into it. Let it warm up in medium heat. Take the seasoned beef steak with added salt and pepper. Fry it well until it is becoming brownish crust for about 4 minutes per side. Let it to rest for few minutes and using a sharp knife slice it into small pieces.

Take the Broccoli and soy mixture and stir it until it becomes thicker. Put this into the beef slices and it is ready to serve with rice. Garnish this with some spicy sauce and enjoy the healthy food with your loved once.
